Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy and apply to adults as well as children or day visitors using the facilities.
SURCHARGES FOR WEEKEND RESERVATION or FOR LESS THAN THE MINIMUM REQUIRED STAY.
In the event of a price change, only advanced confirmed reservation made 60 days in advance of original quote with deposit will be honored at the rates shown here. A higher rate and longer minimum stay may apply for Holidays and Special Events. Less than minimum stays, when available, will be subject to an extra charge. Rate schedules expire May 1, 2010.

POLICIES
Rates are based on number of persons occupying units and apply to adults and children. Rates do not apply to Groups, Holidays and Conventions. Deposits credited to last day of reservation. Personal checks honored only on reservation deposit sent eight weeks in advance. NO personal checks accepted as final payment. Deposit is not transferable to future reservations. Refund subject to service charge. All reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or causes and conditions beyond our control. No minors may occupy premises unless accompanied by an adult. Reservations will be held to 6 PM unless otherwise noted.
*CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is received 20 days prior to arrival, we will refund the entire amount less a $25.00 service fee. If reservation is cancelled within 20 days of arrival, there will be no refund of deposit. *Cottages are not included in the Cancellation Policy. COTTAGE CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund unless re-rented for entire period (NO EXCEPTIONS).
NO refunds on early departures or late arrivals. $25.00 return check charge. Balance of rental due at arrival, in cash, traveler's check, VISA or MasterCard. Cancellation policy applies to late arrivals and early departures.
